PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a tire vulcanization mold tool easily and at short period.SOLUTION: Three-dimensional data of a vulcanization mold tool is used for curing a powder type plaster for every layer for laminating, namely a rapid prototyping method is used for creating a plaster mold 20. Then a lamination step of the plaster mold is removed, and the plaster mold from which the lamination step is removed, is assembled to a casting frame, molten metal of metal or alloy is injected into the casting frame and then is solidified, for acquiring a tire vulcanization mold tool. The plaster mold 20 is divided into a surface layer contacting with the molten metal and an inside layer disposed on an opposite side of the side contacting with the molten metal of the surface layer, and only the surface layer is produced by the rapid prototyping method. |
