A structure for a front portion of a vehicle is provided with a windshield lower member (20). The windshield lower member (20) includes a windshield lower member main body (21), and an extended portion (22) formed so as to extend frontward from a front end portion (21a) of the windshield lower member main body (21). The extended portion (22) includes a base portion (23) formed so as to continue from a front end portion (21a) of the windshield lower member main body (21), a weight portion (24) extending in an obliquely front-upward direction from a front end portion (23d) of the base portion (23), and a weak portion (25) which extends in a vehicle width direction at a boundary between the base portion (23) and the weight portion (24), and which has lower rigidity than the base portion (23). |
