<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and comfortable massaging feeling and prevent interference between the movements of therapeutic members and the feet by performing a massage for linearly moving acupressure points with respect to a wide range along the longitudinal direction of a body, in a massage machine. <P>SOLUTION: The massage machine 1 includes: back-pressing therapeutic members 161 provided at positions for pressing the backsides of the calves L; front-pressing therapeutic members 160 disposed to face the back-pressing therapeutic members 161; clamping mechanisms 162 for clamping and pressing the calves L with the pair of therapeutic elements 160 and 161; a moving mechanism 26, while retaining the clamping state of the pair of therapeutic members by the clamping mechanisms 162, moving the pair of therapeutic members 160 and 161 along the longitudinal direction of the calves L; and interference prevention mechanisms 250 for preventing the interference between the movements of the pair of therapeutic members 160 and 161 by the moving mechanism 26, and the feet F. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
