PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a start-up of an external application in a broadcast communication cooperation service which coordinates broadcast and communication.SOLUTION: A receiver 80 includes: application acquisition means 811 for acquiring an application stored in an application server via communication transmitting and receiving means 805; certificate control means 817b for storing and controlling a certificate; certificate confirmation means 817c for confirming whether a certificate stored in the certificate control means 817b and a certificate applied to the application are effective or not; signature verification means 817d for verifying whether a signature applied to the application is valid or not using a verification key of an effective certificate; and start-up control means 809a for inhibiting a start-up of an external application in accordance with an authentication result based on an effectiveness of the certificate and a validity of the signature. |
