<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method in which, when producing a solid preparation, particularly a tablet, blended with bisacodyl and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, a yield as the whole of the solid preparation is secured, and reduction in the content of the dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a bisacodyl and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate-blended solid preparation is characterized in that the dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate is dissolved into a solvent to prepare a 15-45 mass% dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate solution, with the solution as a granulation solvent, it is added to powder blended with bisacodyl of 0.3 pt.mass to 1 pt.mass of the dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate in a ratio of ≥700 g per min per kg of the powder, and stirring and granulation are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
