The present invention is provided with a terminal plate (2) made of a conductor that simultaneously contacts a plurality of finer electrodes (31) by means of intersecting the finger electrodes (31) over the plurality of finger electrodes (31), which are formed on the surface of the solar cell (20). The terminal plate (2) is connected to a measuring device (6) that measures the electrical characteristics of the solar cell (20), and the terminal plate (2) is formed into a rectangular shape, and one surface thereof (2b) forms a surface that contacts the finger electrodes (31). |
