<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control database creation device, method, and program for creating control database usable as a substitute for normal database, on the basis of disease-derived data. <P>SOLUTION: The control database creation device deletes pixel value data that is determined as abnormal sites from myocardial SPECT image data derived from a plurality of patients that are developed on a polar map, using a relatively simple threshold method. The control database creation device calculates a mean value of the pixel values and a standard deviation for each corresponding pixel using residual image data and creates the control database.
