The power semiconductor module has a power electronic circuit and housing (11) with a housing cover (13). The housing cover is placed on electrical connection unit (15) and optical connection unit (16). The elastomeric seal unit (14) is arranged between an upper end face of the housing and a lower end face of the housing cover. The base plates of elastomeric seal unit are arranged in cross-section of each trapezoidal sealing element. The sealing element is provided with top plate with through-hole.
