摘要 The present invention relates to a composite including: a supporting material including porous carbon with a plurality of pores formed therein; and a metal fluoride supported with the porous carbon. The composite enables reversible charging and discharging in an electrochemical reaction and can be used as a high capacity electrode material. Energy density, cycling performances, and the like can be improved by using the composite as a positive electrode material of a lithium ion battery. In addition, reaction can be performed without a solvent in the manufacture of the composite, thereby minimizing the loss of a product, caused by partial dissolution of a fluoride compound; greatly simplifying a synthesis process; and making a manufacturing process safe not by using a hazardous hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution or a toxic gas requiring a special apparatus in handling.
