PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device less in deterioration of performance and high in reliability.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 70 of the present invention includes: a first substrate 71; a photoelectric conversion element 72 provided on the first substrate 71; a second substrate 63 facing a surface 71a; and a sealing part 84 arranged along the peripheral parts of the first substrate 71 and the second substrate 63 between the first substrate 71 and the second substrate 63 and bonding the first substrate 71 and the second substrate 63. At least one of the first substrate 71 and the second substrate 63 is a gas barrier film including a film and at least one barrier layer formed on at least one face of the film. The barrier layer has an average density of 1.8 g/cmor more. |
