PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment system with which wastewater is efficiently treated irrespective of variation of an amount of bromine ions included therein.SOLUTION: By using a wastewater treatment system 100 related to the embodiment, isolation of bromine can be proceeded by adjusting pH of treated water to the acidic side and adding hypochlorous acid to the treated water in a reaction tank 3 so that the bromine ions included in the treated water and hypochlorous acid react with each other. When an amount of bromine ions included in the treated water to be supplied to the reaction tank 3 varies, results of measurement by a pH meter 26 and by a residual chlorine concentration meter 27 also vary corresponding thereto. As a result, amounts of an acid and hypochlorous acid corresponding to the variation become able to be added to the reaction tank 3, and consequently addition of more than necessary amounts of the acid and hypochlorous acid can be prevented irrespective of variation of the amount of bromine ions included in the waste water. |
