<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish meat paste product including palate feeling like tuna sliced raw fish (especially, mouth feeling of belly of tuna) and raw liver by using a glucomannan food material containing fish meat paste, and free from hardening of palate feeling during freezing, and to provide a method for producing the fish meat paste product. <P>SOLUTION: This fish meat paste product is obtained by molding fish meat-containing mannan paste containing fish meat, glucomannan, common salt, transglutaminase, an alkali agent, and edible oil or avocado paste, and heating the product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
