The present invention relates to a composition having antioxidant and whitening efficacy, and to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, an extract is obtained by producing rice bran containing the high content of nutrition, after inoculating mycelium derived from chaga mushroom into rice bran, and the extract can be used as a cosmetic ingredient.
