PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell that prevents a reduction in power generation efficiency and allows easy and precise measurement of impedance of a power generation surface thereof.SOLUTION: A fuel cell 10 includes: a membrane electrode assembly 14; and a first separator 16, and a second separator 18, that sandwich the membrane electrode assembly 14 therebetween. The first separator 16 has an insulating resin frame member 32 that is formed of non-conductive resin. In a region thereof facing an electrode reaction surface, the insulating resin frame member 32 has a plurality of conductive segments 34 provided that are maintained insulated from one another. |
