<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that is improved in cooling efficiency and reduced in power consumption by suppressing the heat absorption quantity of a surface of an outer box. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes: a heat insulation box 101 which is provided with a heat insulator between an inner box 103 and an outer box 102; a lower machine room 107 constituted below the heat insulation box 101; a condenser 108a installed in the lower machine chamber 107; an air cooling fan 108b which cools the condenser 108a with air; a heat insulation door 119 which opens and closes an opening front of the heat insulation box 101; and a storage compartment 106 which is formed with the heat insulation box 101 and heat insulation door 119 and has a plurality of temperature zones that are different from one another. The condenser 108a, which becomes higher in temperature than the outside air during operation, is cooled with air by the air cooling fan 108b and a projection shape 129, which suppresses heat absorption from natural convection of high temperature, is provided on a surface of the outer box 102 of the heat insulation box 101 in which exhaust air reaching high temperature circulates. Thereby reducing the heat absorption quantity from the surface of the outer box 102 to provide the refrigerator which is improved in cooling efficiency and reduced in power consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
