The present invention relates to an organic hybrid fiber reinforcing member with strengthened impact resistance and explosion prevention performances, where an improved aramid fiber with a coating layer by a hydrophobic surfactant is mixed with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber on the surface of the aramid fiber.
