The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing malfunction of a double swing tail gate and, more specifically, to an apparatus for preventing malfunction of a double swing tail gate. In the double swing tail gate having a first gate and a second gate individually hinged to the rear of a vehicle to be opened and closed, the apparatus for preventing malfunction of a double swing tail gate comprises: a central rod mounted to slide back and forth in a central portion of a floor member arranged in the rear of a vehicle; a first rod and a second rod individually mounted to slide back and forth on both sides of the floor member; and a connection rod arranged in a vehicle width direction to mutually connect the central rod, the first rod, and the second rod. Therefore, minor malfunction can be prevented, and further, the apparatus can be conveniently repaired when being broken. |
