The present invention relates to an image recognizing device which includes: a camera part outputting at least one among front and rear images of a vehicle; a disturbance estimating part outputting an image, estimated as a disturbance, considering the visibility of the image; a disturbance classifying part outputting a cause of the disturbance considering the brightness of pixels in the disturbance-estimated image; a disturbance result determining part determining whether the disturbance of the image exists or not depending on the accumulation of the disturbance cause; and an image recognizing part notifying a driver of the inability of image recognition when the disturbance of the image occurs. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing the wrong recognition of the image by determining the disturbance result of the image. |
