<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a height of a work on a carry-in carriage, and to freely set a layout in a factory. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a work conveyance system including a carriage body 12 with a traveling mechanism 121, a carrying carriage 10 coupled to the carriage body 12 in an elevated state and having a mount 11 for mounting a work W, and a machine tool 20 machining the work W carried in from a carry-in opening 21. The carrying carriage 10 is provided with an engagement part 112 fitted to the mount 11, the machine tool 20 is provided with an elevation guide rail 22 engaged with the engagement part 112 to guide the mount 11 in a vertical direction, and the engagement part 112 is guided by the elevation guide rail 22 as the carrying carriage 10 travels to position the mount 11 at a prescribed height for the carry-in opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
