<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup water supply device for achieving water saving without producing wasteful water while preventing the supply of makeup water from an overflow pipe to a toilet bowl right after starting washing. <P>SOLUTION: A makeup water supply device 19 is provided in a washing water tank device 16 which washes the toilet bowl, for supplying makeup water to the toilet bowl. It includes a makeup water flow path part 28 branching from a water service installation 22 and having a water discharge port 62a formed at the end on the downstream side and directed to an opening 52a of an overflow pipe 52 for supplying the makeup water to the overflow pipe 52, a water reservoir part 60 provided in the makeup water flow path part 28 for reserving the predetermined capacity of makeup water, and an opening/closing valve 82 which opens/closes an opening 72c formed in the water reservoir part 60 and being capable of letting the makeup water in the water reservoir 60 to a washing water tank 18, in linkage with a water level in the washing water tank 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
