The present invention relates to an office automation (OA) machine rental system with improved security and a management method using same, the system being capable of automatically issuing a notice and a bill depending on a usage of OA machine, and of performing remote management and abnormal situation analysis of the OA machine. The system comprises: a client unit combined with the OA machine; a machine management unit managing OA machine use including reception of restricted information such as usage information and abnormality information of the OA machine through the client unit; and a user management unit performing integrated usage check and automatic notice process for the OA machines used by users, and informing a corresponding local manager of abnormality information. Thus, the system provides advantages of reducing a management cost and improving user convenience. |
