<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a display program enabling effectively guiding an input position of a handwritten object, and in addition, capable of making the input handwritten object easy to recognize. <P>SOLUTION: In a display device 1, a grid image display part 622 generates a lattice image 94 at a command of a start point 931 of an input operation to an input screen 21 after completion of an input operation to an input screen 21 corresponding to a reference object 92, and displays the generated lattice image 94 on a display surface 31.
