PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid property determination device which can determine a property of a heating fluid used in a thermal cycle.SOLUTION: A control device (temperature acquisition means) 100 acquires a temperature of the heating fluid HM circulating at a heating fluid thermal cycle 5. The control device (rotation detection means) 100 detects the number of revolutions of a pump 51 for circulating the heating fluid HM. The control device (power detection means) 100 detects a voltage value or a current value of the pump 51. Storage means 100a stores in advance the temperature of the heating fluid HM, the number of revolutions of the pump 51, and the property of the heating fluid HM corresponding to the voltage value or the current value of the pump 51 as information. The control means (determination means) 100 determines the property of the heating fluid HM by referring to the information stored in the storage means 100a on the basis of the acquired temperature, the detected number of revolutions, and the detected voltage value or current value. |
