摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-quality electrode for a SOFC in which the electrode suffers very little breakage caused by poor adhesion.SOLUTION: A material for forming an electrode with a porous structure contains an electrode material having electron conductivity and/or ion conductivity, and a pore-forming material composed of a plant-derived powder containing high-amylopectin starch. A method for manufacturing an electrode includes the steps of: preparing (S10) a plurality of green sheets by shaping the material for forming an electrode into sheets; laminating (S20) the plurality of green sheets with adhesion properties of the pore-forming material to form a laminate; and firing (S30) the green sheet laminate to obtain an electrode with a porous structure.
