PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system for functional resin granular powders, capable of reducing the running cost of the system and capable of recovering a dispersant and a developing solvent to circulation-use them.SOLUTION: A production system for functional resin granular powders comprises preparing a mixture by heating and mixing a functional resin and a dispersant at a temperature of the melting point of the resin or higher, and separating a suspension obtained by agitating the mixture and a developing solvent at a temperature of the melting point of the resin or below into the granular powders of the resin and a liquid mixture. The recovery mechanism for recovering the dispersant and developing solvent from the liquid mixture includes: a precipitation unit 14 for precipitating the dispersant from the developing solvent by cooling the liquid mixture; a separation plate type decanter 15 for separating the dispersant and developing solvent obtained from the precipitation unit 14; a solvent tank 17 for recovering the developing solvent from the decanter 15; and a vacuum evaporator 18 for recovering the dispersant by evaporating the residual developing solvent in the dispersant from the decanter 15 under low-temperature and reduced pressure conditions. |
