PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve expression power such as emotional expression by an object by synchronizing the movement of the object with a voice.SOLUTION: A voice synchronization processor for generating a control signal for synchronizing an object with a voice includes: a phoneme extraction part 141 for extracting each phoneme to be uttered from a voice signal including a phoneme corresponding to a voice to be synchronized; a phoneme length detection part 142 for detecting the duration time length of each phoneme to be uttered detected by the phoneme extraction part 141 as phoneme length; and a control signal generation part 143 for generating and outputting utterance data including a control signal for changing the object on the basis of the phoneme detected by the phoneme extraction part 141 and the phoneme length detected by the phoneme length detection part 142. |
