摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof mechanism for a rotary actuator that enhances suppression of vibration in driving and contributes to simplification of the whole structure. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration-proof mechanism for a rotary actuator is characterized in that buffer members molded integrally with a stopper and engagement means are arranged in series in a rotary actuator comprising a case, a rotor that is arranged therein and swings, an output shaft supporting the rotor and outputting swinging force to the outside, the stopper defining a motion stroke of the rotor arranged inside the case, and the engagement means for engagement with external fitting equipment arranged outside the case. The buffer members have the stopper formed of a molding of the buffer member, and also cover the engagement means wholly. Further, the buffer members may be configured to cover contact parts of both the stopper and engagement means in series with an integrated molding, and both may be changed into a configuration integrally molded with the buffer member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
