<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring unit and a power distribution system therewith which implement easy installation and maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring unit 40 is adapted for wireless communication, and includes first and second antennas 41, 42 disposed on a printed board having a CT sensor 43S constituting a sensor section for measuring power and constituting a unit body 43. In the measuring unit 40, the CT sensor 43S measures a power input via a wiring cable 83 connected to a power line to be measured, and the first and second antennas 41, 42 having a plurality of directivities wirelessly transmit the measured data to a management apparatus.
