The system has a pump (6) for sucking extinguishing liquid from a container (7), where the pump is connected with controllable nozzles (4) by a pressure pipeline (8) for distributing the liquid over a fire fighting area. A feed pipe (9) is attached to the pressure pipeline for feeding additives e.g. foaming agent, stored in a storage container (11) into extinguishing liquid stream. The feed pipe with a feed pump (10) is arranged parallel to the pressure pipeline and is attached to the pressure pipeline before the nozzles by a branch line (12), which is provided with control valves (13). |
