A method for extracting an anaerobic threshold and a device thereof are disclosed. According to an embodiment, the method for extracting an anaerobic threshold can obtain an electromyography (EMG) signal with regard to a user and extract an anaerobic threshold of the user by using a change of the EMG signal.
