The present invention provides a vacuum self-priming pump which forcibly sucks a fluid, then guides the fluid towards an outlet, and pressurizes various solid particles to pump the particles. The vacuum self-priming pump comprises: a motor (2); a body (6) having a pump chamber (3) wherein an inlet (61) into which a fluid flows and an outlet (62) from which the fluid is discharged are connected thereto; and an impeller (100) arranged in the pump chamber (3) to receive rotational power of the motor to rotate to suck the fluid through the inlet (61) and then pump the fluid to the outlet (62). The impeller (100) comprises a plurality of fluid inflow grooves (110) separated from each other and radially formed on a surface thereof facing the inlet (61) to provide a suction force for sucking the fluid when rotating. Guide grooves (120) are arranged between the fluid inflow grooves (110) to guide the fluid towards the outside.
