The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a stand column frame (12) of a vehicle door. In a vehicle where a rear stand column frame (12) of a front door is abutted with a front stand column frame (52) of a rear door, no stepped difference is generated at borders of two stand column frames. The method for manufacturing the stand column frame (12) of a vehicle door which is provided with an appearance design part (121), a bag part (124), and a connection part (123) for connecting the appearance design part (121) and the bag part (124) comprises the steps of rolling the appearance design part (121) at the front and the rear of the vehicle to form a convex forming a first curvature; cutting in a manner that anterior-posterior width of the appearance design part (121) changes in a length direction; and exerting a force F on the appearance design part (121) below a corner part at a position closer to the edge of the vehicle door than the connection part (123) for manufacturing. |
