PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a radiation detecting element using a semiconductor element has advantage such as small size and light weight, it is easy to transmit radiation, thus having low radiation detecting efficiency.SOLUTION: A radiation detecting element and a radiation detecting device form a film consisting of metal such as tungsten on a radiation incident plane of the radiation detecting element, and attenuate incident energy of radiation. By attenuating the incident energy, carrier generation efficiency by radiation incidence is improved, thickness of the metal film is optimized, thereby, radiation detecting efficiency can be improved. |
