PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew point temperature measurement system which continuously measures dew point temperature and takes away needs for manually cleaning a mirror surface and having additional device to remove a condensed substance.SOLUTION: In addition to a mirror surface cooling type dew point meter 201, a dew point temperature measurement system has a non-mirror surface cooling type dew point meter 202 which measures dew point temperature with a method different from the mirror surface cooling type dew point meter 201. The dew point temperature measurement system obtains: a first dew point temperature measurement value tx1 which is a dew point temperature measurement value measured by the mirror surface cooling type dew point meter 201; and a second dew point temperature measurement value tx2 which is the dew point temperature measurement value measured by the non-mirror surface cooling type dew point meter 202. In the dew point temperature measurement system, a mirror surface state determination section 305 determines reliability of the first dew point temperature measurement value tx1 and, when the first dew point temperature measurement value tx1 is determined to be reliable, the first dew point temperature measurement value tx1 is selected as an effective dew point temperature measurement value or, when the first dew point temperature measurement value tx1 is determined to be unreliable, the second dew point temperature measurement value tx2 is selected as the effective dew point temperature measurement value. Then, the effective dew point temperature measurement value is output as an official dew point temperature measurement value of measurement object gas. |
