PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary food processor that can achieve the longer lifetime of a driving device by reducing the load applied to the driving device when kneading bread dough, and further, can achieve the reduction in size of the product by adopting a smaller driving device.SOLUTION: A rotary food processor 100 includes: a body 110 having a driving device 112; a container 150 having an opening 151a at its upper part; a lid 160 for covering the opening 151a of the container 150; and a kneading blade 190 rotationally driven by the driving device 112 and provided at the inner bottom of the container 150. The kneading blade 190 is agitated and rotated at a predetermined rotational speed by the driving device 112. Then, the middle rotation at a rotational speed higher than that of the agitation and rotation and the high rotation at a rotational speed much higher than that of the middle rotation are alternately repeated. As a result, the problem can be solved. |
