PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method and device for a pneumatic tire, capable of suppressing thermal deterioration of a base tire, and forming a tread part with accurate dimension.SOLUTION: A metallic rigid inner mold 2 contacts a range of a tire inner surface corresponding to a tread part TR of a base tire BT, and the base tire BT is supported by the rigid inner mold 2 from an inside, and in the state, an unvulcanized rubber R is injected into a cavity 11 of a tread mold 10 covering an outer peripheral surface of the base tire B corresponding to the tread part TR and the unvulcanized rubber R is subjected to vulcanization. Thereby the tread part TR is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base tire BT and the tread part TR is integrated to the outer peripheral surface. |
