The device has a compressor equipped with a channel (3) for supplying pressurized air, where the channel is connected to a hermetic casing (2). A gyroscopic unit (9) is integrated inside an inflatable type mattress (1) that is connected to an electronic unit for controlling the compressor pressure. The gyroscopic unit is provided as a sensor (11) for measuring an angular position of an upper part of the mattress, where the upper part of the mattress is provided with a static inflatable internal cell.
