摘要 The present invention relates to a silicon-silicon oxycarbide complex having a high capacitance property and excellent cycle performance and electrochemical characteristics. The silicon-silicon oxycarbide complex comprises a particle group in which multiple unit particles coated with silicon oxycarbide (SiOC) agglomerate on a surface of a silicon particle. A gas hole is positioned between the unit particles, and a silicon oxycarbide network in which the silicon oxycarbide coating layer is mutually connected is formed. In addition, the present invention relates to a negative electrode active material and a lithium secondary battery. The negative electrode active material includes a silicon-silicon oxycarbide complex having the above-mentioned structure, and the lithium secondary battery has a negative electrode including the negative electrode active material.
