The present invention relates to a door opening preventive device for an outside handle of a vehicle, preventing a door from being opened as an outside handle is tilted in an opening direction due to inertial force when a lateral collision of the vehicle occurs. To achieve this, the door opening preventive device for an outside handle of a vehicle comprises an outside handle, a release cable protection case, a release cable, a handle interlocking lever and a first return spring. The outside handle has a pulling lever integrally formed thereon to be arranged to extend to the interior of the housing. The release cable protective case is mounted, through a hinge, on the upper part of the housing to be rotated at an angle. The release cable is connected to the lower part of the release cable protective case to be pulled. The handle interlocking lever comprises: a rotary shaft mounted on the lower part of the housing to be rotated at an angle; a locking lever integrally formed on one side the rotary shaft to be arranged to overlap an external surface of the pulling lever; and a cable operation lever integrally formed on an external surface of the locking lever to allow the release cable to be pulled. The first return spring is inserted into the rotary shaft of the handle interlocking lever and has one end fixed to the rotary shaft and the other end fixed to the housing. |
