According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a display device including a plurality of pixels. Each pixel comprises: multiple wires including a first wire extended in a first direction and a second wire extended in a second direction; multiple switching thin film transistors connected to the multiple wires; a driving thin film transistor supplying a driving current to the pixel; a storage capacitor connected to the multiple wires and the driving thin film transistor; and a connection wire connecting one of the multiple switching thin film transistors to the driving thin film transistor, and disposed to be adjacent to the second wire. The connection wire is positioned on a layer different from the layer where the second wire is positioned. Therefore, an image with a high quality can be provided by minimizing parasitic capacity.
