摘要 The invention provides a shoe sole and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the shoe sole makes use of static electricity removing effect of corona discharge generated by conductive fibers, and especially has durability and long-lasting static electricity removing effect. The manufacturing method of the shoe sole comprises the following steps of: a pressurizing and heating procedure, in which a conductive layer formed by a cross-linking agent-added rubber composition and conductive fibers is integrated with an insulation layer formed on the conductive layer in a mode through pressurization and heating; and a grinding procedure, in which the bottom of the conductive layer is grinded to expose fluff of the conductive fibers at the ground-contacting side of the shoe sole.
