<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain space saving by shortening a total length of boots, and to prevent abnormal wear of the boots. <P>SOLUTION: A large-diameter fixed part 4 is fixed to a position 8b pulled in from an axial center direction terminal portion 8a of a joint outer ring 8 to a shaft body side of the joint outer ring 8 by the total or more of thickness of a C-shaped groove 6, thickness of a first valley portion 3b-1 and thickness of a second valley portion 3b-2. Also, an inner diameter of the first valley portion 3b-1 and an inner diameter of the second valley portion 3b-2 are adjusted, and thereby, when a constant-velocity joint 2 is subjected to bent operation at a maximum operation angle, at a compression side of a bellows part 3, the first valley portion 3b-1 and the second valley portion 3b-2 ride on an outer circumferential surface 8d of the joint outer ring 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
