PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a monitoring apparatus improving responsiveness to crimes from various viewpoints.SOLUTION: An effect for recording signals of an intercom camera at a common entrance of apartment houses is notified of a visitor according to a resident call by the visitor. Notification expressions are made different between an acquaintance and a person of first meeting. The effect is not notified in authentication of a resident at the common entrance. If the visitor does not answer when the resident is absent and automatic recording is requested, the visitor is notified that an image of the visitor has been already recorded. During entry of a plurality of persons in which a suspicious person may be included, image recording is notified of the visitors. During the signal recording of the intercom camera at the common entrance of the apartment houses, the call by the visitor or the authentication of the resident is also recorded respectively. In a call response, whether the visitor is the acquaintance or not is recorded. An effect for recording during the entry of the plurality of persons is detected and recorded. |
