<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet device in which a degassing degree can be constant regardless of the kind of a functional liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid jet device includes: a recording part that is provided with a discharge nozzle to discharge a functional liquid as a droplet; a functional liquid storage part that stores a functional liquid supplied to the recording part; a degassing module disposed between the recording part and the functional liquid storage part and decompression-removing a dissolved gas in the functional liquid; and a control part that controls the degassing module, wherein the control part keeps the passage time of the functional liquid in the degassing module to be constant regardless of the kind of the functional liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
