[Problem] To improve daylighting efficiency. [Solution] This daylighting film (1) comprises the following: a base section (3) that has a plurality of grooves at intervals along one surface; a plurality of fill sections (4) obtained by filling said grooves with a filling material that has a different index of refraction from the base section; and cavity-filling sections (5) obtained by using a prescribed filling material to fill one or more depressions formed by the shapes of the end surfaces of the aforementioned fill sections corresponding to the abovementioned one surface. |
