A water flow detection device comprising an opening and closing display lamp is disclosed. The disclosed water flow detection device comprising an opening and closing display lamp comprises: a valve main body having a passage where water flows; a paddle unit installed in the valve main body to be opened and closed in accordance with a flowing state and a stationary state of the water; a hinge unit linked to the paddle unit to perform lever operation; and an opening and closing display unit notifying the stationary state of the water and the flowing state of the water by differently displaying the states in accordance with operation of the hinge unit. The present invention allows a user to easily check the state of the water in a site since the flowing state and the stationary state of the water are displayed in separate lamps.
