According to an embodiment of the present invention, a light emitting device comprises: a substrate; a light emitting structure which is arranged below the substrate and includes a first conductive type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive type semiconductor layer; a reflection layer which is arranged below the second conductive type semiconductor and has at least one first through hole formed in a first direction as a thickness direction; a contact layer which is reclaimed in at least one second through hole penetrating the reflection layer, the second conductive type semiconductor layer, and the active layer, and is connected to the first conductive type semiconductor layer; and an insulation layer which is arranged between the contact layer and each of the reflection layer, the second conductive type semiconductor layer and the active layer, and is reclaimed in the first through hole. The light emitting device has improved reliability. |
