The present invention relates to a back-beam and a connecting structure of a stay which is connected to a rear side of the back-beam. The structure comprises: a back-beam having a punched insertion hole on a rear side surface thereof; and a stay having a jig entering to the insertion hole, wherein the jig having a slit. In a state when the jig is entered into the insertion hole, the stay and the back-beam are engaged to each other when the slit is inserted into one side edge of the insertion hole by moving the stay. With such a configuration, the present invention does not require a conventional stay reinforcement, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and reducing manufacturing time through minimizing a welding area. |
