PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development which is satisfactorily fixed on a medium to be recorded in a wide temperature range, and is excellent in heat-resistant preservability and mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development includes toner core particles containing a binder resin, and a shell layer covering the toner core particles. The shell layer includes an inner layer and an outer layer, and uses a binder resin having a glass transition point (Tg) in a predetermined range. A difference &Dgr;Tg(Tg-Tg) between glass transition points (Tg) and Tgof the inner layer is 3°C or more and 15°C or less, a difference &Dgr;Tg(Tg-Tg) between glass transition points (Tg) and Tgof the outer layer is 8°C or more and 50°C or less, and &Dgr;Tgis less than &Dgr;Tg(Tg-Tg) which is a difference of Tgand Tg. |
