The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling a vehicle using a wearable device. The apparatus for controlling a vehicle comprises: a communications module to perform wireless communications between at least one wearable device and at least one vehicle device provided in the vehicle; and a control module to control the at least one vehicle device based on an operation of the wearable device.
